Shipping & Delivery
We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time. Standard delivery takes 5–10 days.
We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order.
Shipping Delays
We will notify you via email of any delays in shipping your order. By the last promised shipping date, we will send an email that advises your order will ship within the next 1-3 business days unless you contact us to cancel the unshipped portion of your order.
If we will be unable to meet the revised shipping timeframe, we will notify you via email that we have cancelled the unshipped portion of your order and a refund will be issued.

PO Box Shipping: We can ship most items to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.
APO/FPO Shipping: We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order.
International shipping: We do not offer International shipping
Refund Policy
Upon arrival at Chaise & Lounge all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery* we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear is not returnable. No items will be returned after 30 days.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
